A new study found 93% of college-age women reported they had negative thoughts about how they look during the past week, and 41% had negative thoughts about it several times a day. The statistic reminds us we are our own worst enemies. The good news is we can retrain our brains to soothe our insecurities and improve all aspects of our life, from self-confidence to body image to, yes, even the Freshman 15.
